General Terms and Conditions - RSN Parts

Located in Arnhem, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98453173.

Article 1 - Applicability
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from RSN Parts and to every distance contract concluded between RSN Parts and the consumer.

Article 2 - The offer
2.1. The offer is without obligation. RSN Parts is entitled to change and adjust the offer.
2.2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors (e.g., a clearly incorrect price) in the offer do not bind RSN Parts.

Article 3 - The agreement
3.1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions set forth therein (i.e., completing the order and payment).
3.2. RSN Parts will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means (e-mail).

Article 4 - Prices and Payment
4.1. All stated prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs.
4.2. The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to RSN Parts without delay.

Article 5 - Delivery
5.1. RSN Parts will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
5.2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to RSN Parts.
5.3. RSN Parts aims to ship accepted orders within 1-3 business days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal (Returns)
6.1. The consumer can dissolve an agreement concerning the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of [30 or 14 days] without giving reasons. See our 'Shipping & Returns' policy for details.

Article 7 - Complaints
7.1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to RSN Parts via info@rsnparts.com within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.
