General Terms and Conditions - RSN Parts

Article 1 - Applicability
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from RSN Parts and to every distance contract concluded between RSN Parts and the consumer.
Article 2 - The offer
2.1. This offer is non-binding. RSN Parts reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
2.2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes (e.g., a clearly incorrect price) in the offer are not binding on RSN Parts.
Article 3 - The Agreement
3.1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein (i.e., completing the order and payment).
3.2. RSN Parts will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically (email).
Article 4 - Prices and Payment
4.1. All listed prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs.
4.2. The consumer has the duty to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to RSN Parts.
Article 5 - Delivery
5.1. RSN Parts will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.
5.2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to RSN Parts.
5.3. RSN Parts strives to ship accepted orders within 1-3 business days, unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal (Returns)
6.1. The consumer can cancel a contract regarding the purchase of a product within a cooling-off period of [30 or 14 days] without giving any reason. See our 'Shipping & Returns' policy for details.
Article 7 - Complaints
7.1. Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to RSN Parts within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via info@rsnparts.com.
