When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed and paid on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day – if in stock.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €100 .
For orders below this amount we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you ship with?
We ship our packages with PostNL, DHL or a carrier selected by you .
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
How do I report a return?

Send an email to info@rsnparts.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.

You will receive instructions from us for returning your product.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging .
Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered .
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding the original shipping costs) to the account you used for payment within 14 days .
