Warranty Policy - RSN Parts
At RSN Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that a charging solution is a significant investment, which is why we offer clear warranty terms.
Article 1: Warranty period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all our charging stations, charging cables, and accessories are covered by the standard two-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as stated on your invoice.
Article 2: What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal, intended use. If a product becomes defective within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, RSN Parts will repair or (at our discretion) replace the product free of charge.
Article 3: What is NOT covered by the warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to incorrect installation (we always recommend a certified installer).
- Damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, lightning strike, or water damage (other than normal exposure to rain).
- Wear and tear from normal use, such as cosmetic scratches.
- Products whose serial numbers have been removed or altered.
- Damage caused by use of non-original accessories or parts.
Article 4: Submitting a warranty claim
Are you experiencing a problem with a product you purchased from us? Follow these steps:
1. Please contact our customer service directly at info@rsnparts.com.
2. Please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and (if possible) include photos or a video of the defect.
3. We will assess your claim and provide you with instructions for further handling, such as a possible repair or return.
